03) MESH MASHUP: SELECTION AND REFINEMENT
This week's task was to select one of the ten objects made using TinkerCad last week and
develop it further using the MashMath program.
Considering the feedback I received from my peers during last week's speed dating session, the
better object to develop was Shackles.
Shackles is the object that my team members, including myself, liked the most.
This is because I wanted to develop it further by accepting the opinion that the chain made of
smartphones would be more impactful in the shape of locking up the ankle more effectively.
I wanted to combine smartphones with the chains used to bind things to express that
smartphones are the biggest things that clamp down on my life.
Smartphone addiction is not just a problem, but one of the diseases that many people in society
suffer all over the world.
Mashup is not only able to create new and enjoyable things through a mixture of two or more
different objects, but it can also be a kind of social message that viewers can understand at once
the social problems that are difficult to solve with words.
